Mr. James C. Davis Jr., 82, of the 600 block of Redgate Ave., a retired civil engineer, died Sept. 8, 1994, in Ghent Arms Retirement Home.
Mr. Davis was born in Norfolk. He had retired from Nusbaum Realty Co. He was a member of Third Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include two brothers, William A. Davis and Robert V. Davis, both of Richmond; four nieces, Linda D. Wood of Charleston, S.C., Robin D. Carr of Springfield, Mass., Dianne D. Waller and Denise Peterson, both of Richmond; and one nephew, Robert V. Davis Jr. of Bartlett, Tenn.
The graveside service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Elmwood Cemetery by the Rev. Steven Cronn. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel.
Donations may be made to the Third Presbyterian Church.
