Sarah Hall Harrell, 77, beloved wife of Francis S. Harrell, died Wednesday, Sept. 7, 1994, in Nassawadox.
Mrs. Harrell was born in Enfield, N.C. She retired 34 years ago after serving for ten years as a librarian at St. Stephen's School.
She was a member of Hungar's Episcopal Church in Bridgetown, Va., National Symphony Orchestra Guild and Alpha Delta Pi Sorority.
Along with her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Sarah Harrell Morgan of Nassawadox and Elizabeth Spier Dawe of Logantown, Ga.; one son, Francis S. Harrell Jr. of Greensboro, N.C.; two sisters, Louise McGwigan Hall of Chapel Hill, N.C., and Martha Hall Holloman of Scotland Neck, N.C.; and two grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, Sept. 10, at 3 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church, Scotland Neck, N.C., John Steed presiding. Burial will be in Trinity Cemetery.
B.D. Holland Funeral Home, Nassawadox, is in charge of arrangements.
