Barbara Ann Sands, 51, died Sept. 11, 1994, in Virginia Beach.
Mrs. Sands was born in Washington, D.C. She was the owner of Vic's Pancake House, Virginia Beach, and was a former member of the Virginia Beach Restaurant Association.
Survivors include her husband, Victor ``Vic'' Sands; a daughter, Florence A. Santoro of Virginia Beach; her mother, Anne L. Wedding of Welcome, Md.; two sisters, Lillian Clark of Front Royal, Va., and Marilyn Jefferson of Milford, Del.; a brother, Kossie Wedding of Edinburg, Va.; and a grandson, Joseph A. Santoro of Virginia Beach.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel, by Father Michael E. Breslin and Father Richard T. Mooney. Burial will be in Princess Anne Memorial Park. A Christian wake service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, where the family will remain to receive friends.
