Starting with today's editions, the OTC and mutual funds stock listings are being expanded. The number of over-the-counter issues is increased from 1,000 stocks to 2,500 and the list of mutual funds is now nearly complete. We already carry a full list of stocks traded on the New York and American stock exchanges.
We're expanding the OTC stocks and mutual funds to appease readers who want a more thorough financial market report. There continues to be a strong interest in regionally based companies that are publicly traded. So we have highlighted those stocks to make them easier to find.
