DISTRICT A

Strong-arm robbery: Magnolia Drive, Sept. 1, a woman reported that two suspects grabbed her pager.

Petty larceny: 3700 block Bridge Road, Sept. 1, someone pumped $12.39 worth of gas without paying.

Residential breaking and entering: 4600 block Brookwood Court, Sept. 1, a juvenile entered a home and removed $63 cash.

Breaking and entering: 6000 block College Drive, Sept. 2, someone removed a bike from a shed.

Residential breaking and entering: 6000 block Camellia Drive, Sept. 3, a woman reported that someone kicked in the back door of her home and removed a 21-inch Zenith color TV, a Crosley VCR and a wedding ring.

Grand larceny: 1700 block College Drive, Sept. 3, someone took a 25-inch color TV set valued at $260.

Rape: Pughsville Road, Sept. 3, a suspect was arrested for the rape of his stepdaughter.

Attempted rape: Pughsville Road, Sept. 3, a girl said that a suspect attempted to have intercourse with her against her will.

Residential breaking and entering: 4800 block Camellia Drive, Sept. 3, a man said he saw two suspects running away from his side yard. He found his two VCRs on the ground.

Possession of marijuana: Carters Cove Road, Sept. 3, a marijuana pipe was found during a search.

Hit and run personal injury: Route 17, Sept. 3, a woman reported that a gray vehicle was swerving across two lanes of traffic. Two vehicles applied their brakes, one slid into the median, the other into a ditch.

School breaking and entering: 4200 block Driver Lane, Sept. 4, someone entered a trailer and removed an Apple computer.

Grand larceny: 6000 block Camellia Drive, Sept. 4, a man said that someone removed a toolbox containing 15 knives from his bedroom closet. A .22 caliber hand-painted BB rifle is also missing.

Hit and run: 3200 block Bridge Road, Sept. 5, a woman said that a burgundy-colored vehicle struck her car.

Petty larceny: 5600 block Plummer Blvd., Sept. 5, a suspect took a boy's 12-speed bicycle.

Vandalism: 6000 block Camilla Drive, Sept. 6, someone broke a bedroom window.

Grand larceny: 7000 block College Drive, Sept. 6, someone entered a vehicle and removed a Kenwood amplifier and 30 cassette tapes.

Breaking and entering: 6000 block Bradford Drive, Sept. 6, a woman said that a suspect removed $70 cash from her home.

Rape: York Street, Sept. 7, a victim was pulled into a van and raped.

DISTRICT B

Grand larceny: 1000 block Litton Lane, Sept. 2, a man reported that someone removed four chrome wagon wheel rims and four tires from his vehicle.

Petty larceny: 5700 block Godwin Blvd., Sept. 2, someone removed an inspection sticker from a vehicle.

Vandalism: 100 block Red Top Court, Sept. 3, someone cut a car tire.

Grand larceny: 1100 block Audubon Road, Sept. 3, a suspect removed two western saddles, an English saddle, two wheelbarrows, several bits, bridles and reins.

Grand larceny: 5700 block Everetts Road, Sept. 3, someone entered a vehicle and removed a purse containing $203 cash.

Hit and run property damage: 3000 block Godwin Blvd., Sept. 3, a man reported that someone struck his vehicle.

Shooting into occupied dwelling: 100 block Timberneck Arch, Sept. 5, a woman said that someone shot at her home with a large caliber weapon.

Petty larceny: Burnetts Way, Sept. 5, someone removed a shark watch.

Forgery: Route 58 bypass and Pruden Boulevard, Sept. 7, a suspect forged a name on a traffic summons.

DISTRICT C

Grand larceny: Causey Avenue, Sept. 1, someone removed numerous aluminum counterweight arms and copper cable valued at $1,200.

Hit and run property damage: 100 block West Washington St., Sept. 1, a woman reported that someone struck her vehicle.

Hit and run property damage: 1200 block North Main St., Sept. 1, a woman reported that a taxicab struck her vehicle.

Petty larceny: 800 block Riverview Drive, Sept. 1, a group of juveniles took a bicycle from a yard. The bike was recovered.

Petty larceny: 400 block Bosley Ave., Sept. 1, someone removed a wallet containing $30 cash and food stamps.

Strong-arm robbery: 100 block North Main St., Sept. 2, a woman reported that a man hit her in the mouth, ripped her pockets and removed $50.

Petty larceny: 1400 block North Main St., Sept. 2, a juvenile left a store with a pair of Reebok shoes without paying.

Unlawful concealment: 1200 block North Main St., Sept. 2, a suspect concealed a pair of earrings valued at $7.47.

Petty larceny: 1200 block North Main St., Sept. 2, a suspect left a store with a doll valued at $7.97 and a dress valued at $9.97 without paying.

Statutory rape: North Saratoga St., Sept. 2, a man had sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl.

Vandalism: 700 block Jones St., Sept. 3, a woman reported that someone threw a bottle at her vehicle.

Vandalism: 100 block Mahan St., Sept. 3, a woman reported that a suspect threw a bike through a window.

Petty larceny: 1200 block North Main St., Sept. 3, a woman reported that someone removed her vehicle's left rear tail light assembly.

Assault and battery: 800 block North Main St., Sept. 3, four to five men punched, pushed and kicked a woman.

Petty larceny: 200 block Brook Ave., Sept. 3, a man said that someone stole the trailer license plate from his trailer.

Petty larceny: 1200 block North Main St., Sept. 3, a suspect removed $37.76 worth of merchandise from a store without paying.

Petty larceny: 1200 block North Main St., Sept. 3, a suspect removed $17.85 worth of merchandise from a store without paying.

Grand larceny: 200 block Bute St., Sept. 4, a woman reported that a suspect removed $200 cash from her wallet.

Petty larceny: 1200 block North Main St., Sept. 4, a suspect left a store with two ties valued at $9.94 without paying.

Petty larceny: 700 block Brook Ave., Sept. 4, a juvenile removed $50.

Petty larceny: 1200 block North Main St., Sept. 4, a suspect removed a box of cream valued at $11.46 from a store without paying.

Petty larceny: 400 block North Main St., Sept. 5, a suspect removed 14 cartons of cigarettes.

Grand larceny: 200 block Bute St., Sept. 5, a woman reported that a suspect removed $300 cash.

Petty larceny: 100 block Chestnut St., Sept. 5, a suspect was observed removing an Audio Tech stereo amplifier from a home.

Grand larceny: 700 block North Main St., Sept. 5, someone removed four sets of wheels.

Petty larceny: 800 block North Main St., Sept. 5, someone pumped $15 worth of gas without paying.

Third offense petty larceny: 1400 block North Main St., Sept. 5, a suspect was arrested for taking a pair of Reebok shoes valued at $49.97. This is his third offense.

Assault and battery: 200 block Dumville Lane, Sept. 5, a woman struck her boyfriend on the forehead with a piece of glass.

Petty larceny: 800 block West Washington St., Sept. 6, a security camera recorded a suspect removing food from a store.

Grand larceny: 300 block Lake Drive, Sept. 6, someone removed speakers, 30 cassette tapes and 20 CDs from a vehicle.

Petty larceny: 600 block West Constance Road, Sept. 6, someone pumped $12.76 worth of gas without paying.

Petty larceny: 1200 block North Main St., Sept. 6, a suspect was detained by a store security officer for stealing a lock valued at $6.97.

Vandalism: 100 block South Saratoga St., Sept. 6, someone kicked a car door, causing $100 damage.

Petty larceny: 2300 block Godwin Blvd., Sept. 6, someone removed Virginia dealer tags valued at $28.50.

Petty larceny: 400 block Wilson St., Sept. 6, a suspect took two black basketballs valued at $60 off a front porch.

Felonious assault: 2400 block Hanna Hunt Blvd., Sept. 6, a man reported that a suspect bit his left ear lobe, ripping off the bottom portion of the ear lobe, and bit him on the hip.

Hit and run property damage: 200 block South Saratoga St., Sept. 7, a vehicle struck the side of a warehouse causing $200 damage.

Petty larceny: 800 block West Constance Road, Sept. 7, a suspect was arrested for stealing a windsuit valued at $20.

Unlawful concealment: 800 block West Constance Road, Sept. 7, a juvenile concealed a bag of chocolate raisins valued at $1.50 and attempted to leave a business without paying.

DISTRICT D

Assault and battery: Woodruff Street, Sept. 1, a woman reported that she was struck in the back with the stock of a shotgun.

Assault and battery: Freeny Avenue, Sept. 1, a man reported that a suspect struck him four to five times with a pipe.

Vandalism: 1000 block Cogic Square, Sept. 1, someone cut the storm door handle of a home.

Petty larceny: 700 block Adams St., Sept. 1, somene removed a lawnmower from a garage.

Vandalism: 700 block Adams St., Sept. 1, someone damaged a vehicle tire.

Petty larceny: 300 block Moore Ave., Sept. 1, someone removed an inspection sticker from a vehicle.

Grand larceny: 300 block Pinner St., Sept. 1, a suspect removed $500 cash from a closet.

Grand larceny auto: 300 block Carolina Road, Sept. 1, someone removed a 1985 Renault Alliance.

Assault and battery: 2200 block East Washington St., Sept. 1, a woman reported that a suspect hit her daughter on the forehead with a rock.

Felonious assault: 500 block East Constance Road, Sept. 1, a man reported that a suspect hit him on the face and head with a pipe.

Hit and run: 400 block East Pinner St., Sept. 2, a man reported that someone struck his vehicle, causing $800 damage.

Petty larceny: 600 block County St., Sept. 2, someone removed a 10-speed boy's bicycle.

Felonious assault: 100 block North 4th St., Sept. 2, a man reported that a suspect struck him in the arm with a pipe.

Threaten to kill: 500 block Chisholm Lane, Sept. 2, a man chased an 8-year-old girl with a knife.

Grand larceny: Wilroy and Williams roads, Sept. 2, a suspect removed an Echo trimmer valued at $235 from a utility trailer.

Possession of marijuana: Davis Boulevard and Cogic Square, Sept. 2, a substance believed to be marijuana was found during a search.

Grand larceny: 300 block Finney Ave., Sept. 3, a woman reported that a $207 welfare check was removed from her purse.

Habitual offender: Portsmouth Boulevard and C Street, Sept. 3, a suspect arrested for driving under the influence had been declared an habitual offender.

Petty larceny: 400 block East Washington St., Sept. 3, someone removed 30-day license plates from a vehicle.

Unlawful concealment: 500 block East Constance Road, Sept. 3, a suspect concealed two sticks of antiperspirant.

Petty larceny: 500 block East Constance Road, Sept. 3, a suspect took two bottles of beer out of a store without paying.

Vandalism: 1400 block Blythewood Lane, Sept. 3, a juvenile shot out the glass door to the family room with a pellet gun.

Grand larceny: 200 block Maple St., Sept. 4, a man reported that a suspect pushed him to the floor and removed a nickel-plated snub-nosed .38 revolver from a dresser.

Petty larceny: 1200 block Whitemarsh Road, Sept. 4, a suspect was arrested for petty larceny.

Petty larceny: 400 block South Main St., Sept. 4, someone removed a Murray lawnmower valued at $160.

Throwing missiles at a dwelling: Stacey Drive, Sept. 4, a suspect was arrested for disorderly conduct and throwing a missile into a dwelling.

Residential breaking and entering: 200 block Bank St., Sept. 4, a suspect was found lying on the floor, possibly drunk, after he entered a home.

Assault and battery: 1100 block Lake Kennedy Drive, Sept. 5, a man reported that a suspect struck him on the face.

Petty larceny: 200 block Grace St., Sept. 5, someone removed a potted plant off the front steps.

Possession of crack cocaine: 100 block Cullodan St., Sept. 5, a substance believed to be crack cocaine was found during a search.

Petty larceny: 100 block Cullodan St., Sept. 5, a woman reported that someone removed $100 from her purse.

Grand larceny: 1500 block Holland Road, Sept. 2, someone removed a Canon camera valued at $450, a zoom lens at $200, camera case at $50, a tripod valued at $101, a canvas bag at $10 and $200 cash.

Petty larceny: 1500 block Holland Road, Sept. 2, someone pumped $100 of diesel fuel without paying.

Hit and run property damage: 1500 block Holland Road, Sept. 3, a woman reported that someone struck her vehicle.

Vandalism: 7500 block Indian Trail, Sept. 5, someone hit a mailbox, causing $30 damage.

Throwing missiles at occupied vehicle: 2100 block Deerpath Road, Sept. 6, a juvenile threw a rock at a vehicle.

Petty larceny: 1500 block Holland Road, Sept. 7, someone pumped $13 worth of gas without paying.

Vandalism: 1500 block Manning Road, Sept. 2, a man reported that a suspect fired three shots in the air, damaging the man's vehicle's windshield.

Vandalism: 1500 block Manning Road, Sept. 2, a woman reported that a suspect fired three shots from his back yard damaging her vehicle's windshield.

Shooting into occupied dwelling: 500 block Freeman Mill Road, Sept. 2, a man heard a gunshot fired toward his home.

Assault and battery: 1000 block Greenway Road, Sept. 4, a woman hit her husband in the leg, stomach and neck.

Grand larceny: 1500 block Austin Drive, Sept. 5, someone removed a security box containing 22 proof sets of coins, 22 mint sets of coins, two silver sets of coins, one prestile set of coins, five silver eagle silver dollars, a sheet of uncut dollar bills, a $5 red seal bill, four $2 bills and two $20 star note bills.
