The Sept. 10 news that about local viewers being upset and angry over the movie ``Natural Born Killers'' didn't surprise me. Although I haven't seen it and won't, I am disgusted with Oliver Stone's dare to make this kind of ``satirical'' film.
Violent crime is no satire. It is appalling that viewers laugh as innocent bystanders are blasted away for no reason. It reminds me of the O.J. Simpson car chase. This is truly a sick society. And, our justice system stinks.
I just wish ``Natural Born Killers'' had been filmed in Singapore. Characters Mickey and Mallory might have been caned to death instead of driving away scotfree in a RV on an American road.
