Bertha Pruden Davis of the 200 block of Holly St. died Thursday, Sept. 15, 1994, in Southampton Memorial Hospital after a short illness.
Mrs. Davis was a native of Southampton County, Va. She was a member of East End Apostolic Faith Church, Unity Band, Sunday School teacher, Missionary Society and Missionary Band.
Survivors include a nephew, Charlie Pruden Jr. of Richmond; and a niece, Barbara Pruden of Brooklyn, N.Y.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in East End Apostolic Faith Church by S.D. Willis. Burial will be in Southview Cemetery. William M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
