LOUISE B. CAPPS

Louise Babb Capps, 54, of the 1100 block of Myrtle St., a retired machine operator, died Sept. 16, 1994, in her residence.

Mrs. Capps was born in Suffolk. She retired from Lipton Tea Co., Suffolk, was a member of Cypress Chapel Christian Church in Suffolk and was the widow of Chester Mark Capps. She was a member of Ladies of the Shrine, Khedive Temple, Norfolk.

Survivors include two sons, Mark Louis Capps of Franklin and William Clark Capps of Suffolk; her parents, Blanche O. Byrd Babb and George Louis Babb, and a sister, Linda B. Warren, all of Suffolk; and two granddaughters, Sarah Capps and Erin Capps, both of Franklin.

A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday at Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home by Kenneth A. Askew, Chaplain, Khedive Shrine Temple. Burial will be in Cypress Chapel Christian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today and suggests memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 1413, Suffolk, Va. 23439.
