Arleen Wills Gardner, 90, died Sept. 16, 1994.
Miss Gardner, a native of Southampton County, was the daughter of the late John and Kate Wills Gardner. She was retired from Farm Credit Bureau, Suffolk, and was a member of Courtland United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a niece, Katherine Bell Martin and her husband, Tom Martin, of Radford; a great-niece, Anne Martin of Roanoke; and two great-nephews, G.T. Martin of Richmond and James B. Martin of Newport News.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Riverside Cemetery, Courtland, with the Rev. John Wimer officiating. The family will receive friends at Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today and suggest memorial donations be made to Courtland United Methodist Church.
