Lasker Ehrman, Jr., 67, of (NU)4 Hazelwood West, a retired dispatcher, died Sept. 15, 1994, in Obici Hospital, Suffolk.
Mr. Ehrman was born in Little Rock, Ark. He retired from Norfolk & Western Railroad, was a member and past master of Purdie Masonic Lodge (NU)170 in Windsor and Blackwater Masonic Lodge (NU)134 in Zuni, member of Victory-Daylight Masonic Lodge (NU)1778 in Norfolk, past District Deputy Grand Master of the 31st Masonic District, member and past High Priest of Mt. Nebo Royal Arch Chapter (NU)20 in Suffolk and member of Scottish Rite Bodies, Portsmouth Valley. Due to his dedication and steadfast attachment to the principles of Freemasonry, he had been coronated a 33-degree Mason. He was the son of the late Sylvia Berger Ehrman and S. Lasker Ehrman.
Survivors include a sister, Sylvia E. Green of Boston, Mass.; and three nieces, Kathryn S. Alpert, Elizabeth A. Alpert and Lucinda A. Grande.
A Masonic funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday at Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home, Suffolk. Burial will be 3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, in Oakland Cemetery, Little Rock. The family will receive friends after the Masonic service and suggests in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Masonic Home of Virginia, 4101 Nine Mile Road, Richmond, Va. 23223.
