ANNA C. GREEN

Anna C. Green of the 900 block of Bold St. died Sept. 14, 1994 in Portsmouth General Hospital.

Mrs. Green was born in Norfolk and was the widow of Julian Green. She was a former public school teacher with the Norfolk city school system and a retired supply clerk with the Norfolk Naval Supply Center. She had retired after 25 years. Mrs. Green was a member of Grace Episcopal Church in Portsmouth and was also a member of numerous clubs and organizations.

Survivors include a sister, Margaret Perkins of Norfolk; a niece, Patricia Franklin of Charlottesville, Va.; a nephew, Bruce Perkins of Lawrenceville, N.J.; three great-nieces; one great-nephew; several cousins; and a devoted friend, Ida A. Beslow of Portsmouth.

A funeral will be conducted at noon Monday in Grace Episcopal Church, Norfolk, by the Rev. J. Alfred Wade. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Norfolk. Viewing will begin at noon Sunday in Corprew Funeral Home. The body will be taken to the church at 10 a.m. Monday.
