The body of a 20-year-old man was found in a parking lot in the 1000 block of Cascade Blvd. early Friday, police reported.
The dead man was identified as Robert L. Brown Jr. of the 1300 block of Berkley Ave. in Norfolk. Police would not release the cause of death but said the case was being investigated as a homicide.
Brown's body was found about 3:30 a.m. by a passer-by who flagged down a patrol car, police said. Police are asking anyone with information about the death to call Chesapeake detectives at 436-8251 or the Chesapeake Crime Line at 487-1234.
