Earl Lewis Locklear, 33, of Virginia Beach, died September 16, 1994, in his mother's home.
Mr. Locklear was a native of Norfolk, Virginia, and was a Celebrity hair and makeup artist for several celebrities in Los Angeles.
Survivors include his mother, Shirley Revering of Virginia Beach; his stepfather, Ron Revering of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Gail Forbes of Elizabeth City, North Carolina, Debra L. Johnson of Virginia Beach, Va; a brother, Marvin Locklear, Jr. of Lumberton, North Carolina; and his grandfather, Lewis Locklear of Lumberton, North Carolina.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, September 18, 1994, at Westwood Hill Baptist Church by the Reverend Jesse Jackson.
Memorial donations may be made to The Candy House, 3409 Granby St., Norfolk. Colonial Crematorium is handling arrangements.
