Adam Marcus BenAly, 5, of the 3700 block of Abingdon Circle, died Sept. 17, 1994, in his residence.
Survivors include his parents, Cynthia F. BenAly and Benjamin A. BenAly; and maternal grandmother, Ruth Foulkes of New Jersey.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at Norview Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Susan P. Solomon. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to St. Judes Children's Hospital or the Ronald McDonald House, Washington, D.C.
