Donald Lee Pitts, 63, of the 100 block of Waterview Road, a retired construction supervisor, died Sept. 17, 1994, in his residence.
Mr. Pitts was born in Norfolk. He had retired from Virginia Power after 39 years. He was past president and business manager of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 980. He was predeceased by his parents, Madeline Price Pitts and Vernon Labon Pitts.
He is survived by his wife of more than 42 years, Florence Eason Pitts of Suffolk.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. Richard Browder of Faith Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
