Melissa Charlene Panzara, 12, of the first block of Greenland Blvd., died Sept. 18, 1994, in a Norfolk hospital.
Melissa was a native of Portsmouth and was a member of Bowers Hill Baptist Church, Chesapeake.
Survivors include her parents, Frank C. Panzara III and Julia O'Quinn Panzara; a brother, Frank C. Panzara IV of Portsmouth; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank C. Panzara Jr. of Chesapeake; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles F. O'Quinn Sr. of Chesapeake; maternal great-grnadmother, Carlie Mae Hardison of Portsmouth; 17 loving aunts and uncles; and all her special cousins.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Bowers Hill Baptist Church by the Rev. Ron Workman. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
