Nathan ``Ninny'' Brown, 49, of the 2500 block of Karen Marie Court, a retired bus driver, died Sept. 18, 1994, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
Mr. Brown was born in Norfolk, son of the late Vivian Brown and Edward Lee Brown. He retired eight years ago from Tidewater Regional Transit after 15 years of service. He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Brown; four daughters, Michelle Clark, Angela Dillard, Marvette Dillard and Shaunte Dillard; a son, Nathan Brown Jr.; and a brother, Charles A. Brown, all of Norfolk; 10 grandchildren, including a grandson, Taj Dillard of Norfolk; three nephews, Leonard Brown, Leroy Brown and Charles Brown Jr.; an uncle, Bernard Hayes; two nieces, Stephanie Brown and Charvoda Brown, all of Norfolk.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Friday in Hale Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. M.L. Williams. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery, Berkley. The family will assemble at 2504 Karen Marie Court at 11 a.m. for the processional to the chapel.
