Paul Randolph Todd, 67, of the 1400 block of Chesapeake Ave., a retired machinist and welder, died Sept. 20, 1994, in Chesapeake.
He was born in Bertie County, N.C., and was a member of Chesapeake Church of God. He was retired from Chesapeake Bay Contractors.
Survivors include his wife, Geraldine C. Todd; two daughters, Judy Butler of Virginia Beach and Sandra Rice of Shepherd, Texas; two sons, Randolph Todd and Michael Todd of Chesapeake; a sister, Inez Simons of Powellsville, N.C.; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
A funeral will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. Jack Sawyer and the Rev. Asa Lowe. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday and will be at the residence at other times. A graveside service will be held at noon Friday in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor, N.C.
