Jessica Renea Waters, 12, died Sept. 21, 1994, in her residence.
Jessica was born in San Diego, Calif. She was a Baptist.
Survivors include her parents, Cynthia M. Waters and George E. Waters of Virginia Beach; three brothers, George E. Waters III, Christopher S. Waters and Nicholas S. Waters, all of Virginia Beach; maternal grandparents, Lillian and Miles Overton of Norfolk; paternal grandparents, George and Harold Lee Waters of Silver Springs, Md.; and a paternal great-grandmother, Helen DeGraff of Washington, D.C.
The funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel, by the Rev. Leander Vaugh. Burial will be in Princess Anne Memorial Park. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel, Friday from 6 to 8 p.m.
