Frances Crawford Levy, 84, of the 4300 block of Winchester Drive, died Sept. 22, 1994, in a Portsmouth hospital.
Mrs. Levy, a native of Suffolk, was the widow of Harold R. Levy. She was a member of West Side Christian Church, Portsmouth; Order of Eastern Star, Miriam Chapter (NU)94; and Beazley Senior Citizens.
Survivors include a sister, Nancy Hyman Bowden of Portsmouth; and two cousins, Muriel Steinhauser Kniple of Daytona, Fla., and May Hyman Kapral of Capital Heights, Md.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by the Rev. Kenneth W. Bryant. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to West Side Christian Church.
