Frantz ``Frank'' Joseph, 27, of the 2100 block of Fairview Road, a laborer, died Sept. 21, 1994, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
Mr. Joseph was born in Dominican Republic. He was employed with Jones & Frank Corp. He was a member of Word of Life, Virginia Beach, and was program director of children's activities.
Survivors include his mother, Anna D. Joseph and a brother, Paul Joseph, both of Dominican Republic; and his foster parents, James and Geraldine Custer of Lemoore, Calif. He is also survived by a host of friends and family, as well as his church family.
A funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Word of Life Church, 4101 Princess Anne Road, Virginia Beach. Burial will be in Eastern Shore Chapel Cemetery, Laskin Road. Guests will be received at Kellum Funeral Home, Pleasant Hall, Kempsville Chapel, from 3 to 6:30 p.m. Sunday. Memorial donations may be made to Word of Life Church, 4101 Princess Anne Road, Virginia Beach.
