Floyd B. Radford, 79, of the 5300 block of Hitching Post Lane, Carriage House Apartments, died Sept. 22, 1994, in Virginia Beach.
Mr. Radford was born in Wayne County, N.C. He was a retired carpenter and a member of Ocean Park Baptist Church in Virginia Beach.
Survivors include four sons, Benjiman Earl Radford of Asheville, N.C., William Charles Radford of Louisa, Va., Jerry Kenneth Radford of Virginia Beach and David Gerald Radford of Tazewell, Va.; a sister, Edith Ann Tilton of Goldsboro, N.C.; a brother, James MacKinsey Radford of Chesapeake; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Stoney Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Goldsboro, N.C., by the Rev. Charles L. Wood. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, from 5 to 7 p.m. today.
