LUCY J. ROBOL

Lucy Johnson Robol, 78, of the 1500 block of Shell Road, died Sept. 23, 1994, in Rocky Mount, N.C.

Mrs. Robol was born in Norfolk County, Va. She was a member of Great Bridge United Methodist Church and formerly worked for Kirk-Cone Cub Scout Pack.

Survivors include her husband, Harry J. Robol; a daughter, Debra R. Shapiro of Fuquay-Varina, N.C.; six sons, Harry J. Robol Jr. of Houston, Texas, Douglas P. Robol of Chesapeake, Kenneth A. Robol of Oklahoma City, Okla., Joseph W. Robol of Denver, Colo., Ronald B. Robol of Sanford, N.C., and Richard T. Robol of Columbus, Ohio; two sisters, Ann Holcombe and Mary Patterson, both of Chesapeake; seven brothers, John J. Johnson, Page S. Johnson, Sidney R. ``Billy'' Johnson, Brooks Johnson, Fred M. Johnson, James P. Johnson and Richard T. Johnson, all of Chesapeake; 14 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Great Bridge United Methodist Church by the Rev. Robert T. Hastings. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will be at Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Highway Chapel, Tuesday from 7 to 8 p.m.
