Infant Andrew Lloyd Mayo of the 1100 block of Tealwood Drive died Sept. 22, 1994, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
Andrew was born in Norfolk.
Survivors include his parents, Teresa Delois Mayo and Lloyd David Mayo of Virginia Beach; maternal grandparents, Edward M. Butts Sr. and Delois J. Butts of Chesapeake; paternal grandparents, Leroy Craig and Meddie Craig of Norfolk; and a great-grandmother, Elizabeth C. Jones of Chesapeake.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake, by the Rev. Barbara J. Brown. Fitchett Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
