Corey Beedie, 21, of the first block of Drake Court in Holland Township, Milford, died Sept. 26, 1994 in New Jersey.
Mr. Beedie was a native of Portsmouth, Va. He was employed as a fork lift operator with H.J. Opdyke Lumber Co. in Frenchtown, N.J.
Survivors include his father, Robert Edwin Beedie of Portsmouth; mother and stepfather, Linda and Joseph Grashorn of Holland Township; a brother, Kipp O. Beedie of Portsmouth; maternal grandmother, Phyllis C. Johnston of Portsmouth; stepgrandfather, Edward Grashorn of Wayne, Neb.; and several aunts and uncles.
A funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Friday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by the Rev. Don Sheffield. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
