Clifford Roy Edwards Jr., 44, unexpectedly passed away at his home on Monday, Sept. 26, 1994.
Mr. Edwards was an area resident for the past 25 years. He was a computer analyst and Navy veteran.
Mr. Edwards is survived by his wife, Martha Murdock Edwards; his father, Clifford Edwards Sr. of Augusta, Ga.; a stepson, Michael William Bastow III, and two stepdaughters, Sarah Elizabeth Hertz and Emily Gordon Bastow, all of Virginia Beach; two brothers, Robert Edwards of Germantown, Md., and David Edwards of Augusta, Ga.; two sisters, Kathryn Guidemann and Sandra Libby, both of Newport News.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Veterans Memorial Gardens, Hampton, Va. The family will receive friends at 1301 Rolfe Lane, Virginia Beach, at 1 p.m. Friday, following the service. Weymouth Funeral Home, Newport News, is in charge of arrangements.
