William S. ``Billy'' Lee died Sept. 26, 1994.
Mr. Lee was born in Washington, D.C. He received a Bronze Star for outstanding service in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife, M. Willette Booker Lee, formerly of Norfolk; his mother, Fannie Alston Lee of Washington, D.C.; and many other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake, by the Rev. James F. Mason. The family will assemble at Fisher Funeral Home, Portsmouth, at 10:15 a.m. Saturday for the procession to the cemetery.
