Rep. Norman Sisisky with the 1994 National Security Leadership

Council Award Tuesday.

The award will be presented in recognition of Sisisky's

outstanding voting record during the 103rd Congress on a wide range

of defense and foreign policy issues.

Since 1978, the award has been presented by senior leaders of the

American Security Council, the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the

Reserve Officers Association.
