CECIL C. CLEMENTS

Cecil Ceciro Clements, 65, of the first block of Bainbridge Ave., a retired salesman, died Sept. 28, 1994, in Lynchburg, Va.

Mr. Clements was born in Dalton, Ga., and was retired from City Publishing Co. after approximately 12 years. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Norfolk, Princess Anne Masonic Lodge (NU)25, Khedive Temple of the Shrine and Scottish Rite Bodies.

Survivors include his wife, Mary S. Clements; four stepdaughters, Candace C. Banks of Richmond, Va., Sandra C. White of Fayetteville, N.C., Angela D. Mustin of Chesapeake and Cynthia C. Menard of Birmingham, Ala.; his mother, Velma Clements of Dalton, Ga.; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Highway Chapel, is handling arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church Building Fund.
