COLLINS IS RIGHT ABOUT PUBLIC HOUSING

Councilman Herbert Collins was right on target with his remarks about public housing and its tenants in downtown Norfolk (Metro News, Sept. 27).

Other politicians issue snippets of information that sound positive and that sound like the low-income neighborhoods in Norfolk aren't really that bad. Councilman Collins knows and has spoken the truth.

Councilman Collins looks at a horse and calls it a horse, while others convince us that the horse is actually a cow.
