Frederick Coke Hoskins, 73, of the 300 block of Academy St., died Sept. 30, 1994, at his residence.
A native of Chowan County, he was the son of the late Thomas Jones and Lucille Ward Hoskins.
Mr. Hoskins was a retired John Deere implement dealer and a farmer. He was a member and elder of Williamston Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Lindsley Hoskins; two daughters, Louise ``Lou'' Capps of Currituck, N.C., and Margaret Highsmith of Wilmington, N.C.; son-in-law, Dr. William R. ``Ronnie'' Capps; a brother, Richard Hoskins of Everetts, N.C.; and four grandchildren, Aaron Coke, Adrienne Gardner Capps, Lewis Allison IV and Stephen Lindsley Highsmith. He was predeceased by a son, Frederick Lindsley Hoskins.
A graveside service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Sunday in Woodlawn Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Shelton Kosey officiating. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston. The family will receive friends at the residence. Memorial donations may be made to the Leo Jenkins Cancer Center, ECU School of Medicine, Greenville, N.C., or a charity of one's choice.
