Beverly Long Holladay, Jr., 58, of 521 N. Broad St., died Sept. 30, 1994. A native of Norfolk, he was the son of Dr. Beverly L. Holladay and the late Ethel Hunter Holladay.
Mr. Holladay was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church and was an Eagle Scout. He was a graduate of Suffolk High School and Hampden-Sydney College, class of 1958 and he attended the Medical College of Virginia. He was a member of the Kappa Alpha fraternity. He was a former manager of the Suffolk swimming pool, where he served as swimming instructor and lifeguard.
Other survivors include a sister, Elise H. ``Pat'' Smith of Richmond; two brothers, Robert Hunter Holladay of Aiken, S.C., and John Seabrook Holladay of Suffolk; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. in Cedar Hill Cemetery by the Rev. H. Vance Mann, III. The family will be at the residence. Memorial donations may be made to St. Paul's Episcopal Church Memorial Fund, 213 N. Main St., Suffolk, Va. 23434.
