Irene S. Chambers, 55, of the 2000 block of Sparrow Road, died Sept. 30, 1994, in Chesapeake.
Mrs. Chambers was born in Birkenhead, England. She was an officer in the trust and investments department of NationsBank.
Survivors include her husband, Delbert W. ``Del'' Chambers; a daughter, Patricia Magner, and her husband, Kenny Magner, of Virginia Beach; a son, Roger Chambers, and his wife, Rhonda Chambers, of Byron, Ga.; her mother, Doris Birch Digges of Chesapeake; five grandchildren, Meghann, Nathan, Glenn, Brittany and Gary; and Auntie Rene and family of Plymouth, England.
A funeral will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Sunday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, by the Rev. Ernest L. Trueblood. The family will be at the residence. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society for Research of Breast Cancer, Portsmouth/Chesapeake Unit, 2730 Ellsmere Ave, Norfolk, Va. 23513.
