Lucille Tuttle Forehand, 75, a retired payroll supervisor, died Sept. 30, 1994, in her residence.
Mrs. Forehand was born in South Mills, N.C. She retired from NAS Oceana, was a member of Indian River Baptist Church, Grassfield Senior Citizens Club, Portsmouth Genealogy Club, Business Womens Circle - Indian River Baptist Church, and the Friendship Sunday School Class. She was the widow of Kelly Peter Forehand, Sr.
Survivors include two grandsons, Michael K. Forehand of Chesapeake and Brian M. Barton of Pennsylvania; a granddaughter, Vicky L. Forehand of Chesapeake; two great-grandchildren, Michael G. Forehand and Brittany A. Forehand, both of Chesapeake; and a stepdaughter, Edith F. Walters and family of Norfolk.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Indian River Baptist Church, Chesapeake, by the Rev. John P. Dearing. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday.
