Rosalie Harris Keeter, 79, of Hudson Avenue, a homemaker, died Sept. 30, 1994, in a local hospital.
Mrs. Keeter was born in Ahoskie, N.C. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church, Fidelis Bible Class, Elizabeth Hale Circle and King's Daughters Auxiliary.
She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Edward Rudolph Keeter; two daughters, Marie Keeter, and Betty and A.K. Lawrence III, all of Norfolk; a brother, Clarence Harris of Asheville, N.C.; and a granddaughter, Kendra Marie Lawrence of Norfolk.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at Trinity Baptist Church, Norfolk, by Dr. John P. Mason and Dr. Walker N. Stockburger. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements. The family will receive friends at the residence from 3 to 7 p.m. today.
