Martha Gibson Lawrence, 95, a former accountant for the Hampton Roads Steamship Company, died Oct. 3, 1994, in a Chesapeake hospital.
Miss Lawrence, a native of Suffolk and resident of Tidewater her entire life, was an honorary member of the Pilot Club of Norfolk and a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church.
Survivors include two nieces and three nephews.
A graveside funeral will be held at 2 p.m. today in Portsmouth Catholic Cemetery by the Rev. James E. Dorson. Foster Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
