MICHAEL F. BUSKI

Michael F. Buski, 29, of Jolima Ave., passed into eternal rest at home the morning of Oct. 2, 1994.

He was a native of Norfolk and a lifelong mmeber of St. Pius X Catholic Church. He was a member of St. Pius X Boy Scout Troop 381, and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout in 1982. He was a 1983 graduate of Norfolk Catholic High School. He attended Tidewater Community College and was employed in the hotel hospitality industry. Michael was an avid gardener, talented ceramic artist, photographer and outdoorsman. He loved to hike and camp the Blue Ridge Parkway area, and annually went on his birthday to purchase fresh Christmas trees for his family and friends.

Michael was a beloved son, brother and friend. He is survived by parents, Stephen and Catherine Buski of Norfolk; brother, Stephen J. Buski of Washington, D.C.; sisters, Melanie Buski, Barbara Meinhardt, Nancy Inman, all of Norfolk; paternal grandparents, Frank and Bertha Bachkai of Phoenixville, Pa.; nephews, Kyle and Michael Inman, both of Norfolk; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A Rosary service will be held at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, Oct. 4 at 7 p.m. Visitation will follow the Rosary. A Joyful Mass of the Resurrection will be at 11 a.m. Oct. 5 at St. Pius X Catholic Church by Father Joe Metzger. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to your favorite charity.
