Erica Lynne Duda, 18, of the 1700 block of Gravenhurst Drive, died Oct. 3, 1994, in her home.
Miss Duda was born in Agana, Guam. She worked at Structure at Lynnhaven Mall and had attended Salem High School.
She was the daughter of Linda Marie Duda and James Lyman Burwell of Virginia Beach, and Gregory Allen Duda of Pensacola, Fla., and is also survived by brothers, Christopher Duda, Todd and Jason Burwell, all of Virginia Beach; maternal grandparents, Donald and Shirley Rosser of Michigan; paternal grandparent, Norman Duda of Michigan; aunts and uncles, Diane and Jeff Lumetta, Norma Jean, Paul, Eric, Brian and Scott Duda, all of Michigan; and nieces, Christine, Jennifer and Stephanie Lumetta, all of Michigan.
A funeral will be conducted Friday, Oct. 7, at 11 a.m. in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, Virginia Beach, by Pastor Vinny Losciale. The family requests that those attending the services come in casual dress; formal attire is discouraged. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Virginia Beach Humane Society.
