Susan Bell Whetstone, 101, of the 3100 block of Shore Drive, a retired secretary, died Oct. 3, 1994, in her residence.
Miss Whetstone was a native of Berkley, Va., and was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Virginia Beach. She was the secretary to the late Honorable Colgate W. Darden Jr. for 56 years.
She is survived by a niece, Frances Brumfield of Lakeland, Fla.; a nephew, William E. Davis of Nashville, Tenn.; two great-nieces and six great-great-nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. today in Forest Lawn Cemetery by Dr. J. Scottie Griffin. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, is handling arrangements.
