EDNA M. WRENCH

Edna M. Wrench of the 900 block of E. Princess Anne Road, a retired domestic, died Oct. 4, 1994, in a local hospital.

Mrs. Wrench was born in Wilmington, N.C., and was the widow of Garland Wrench. She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, Norfolk; United Order of Tents, leader emeritus of Lydia Tent (NU)1; member of the Royal Degree Chambers (NU)1 and member of the Leaders Council.

Survivors include two adopted daughters, Sue Braye of Virginia Beach and Dorothy Purvis of Norfolk; a sister, Carrie Hawls of Michigan.

A funeral will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Saturday in Bethlehem Baptist Church by the Rev. C.M. Heidelberg. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. A wake service will be held in Hale Funeral Home from 7 to 8 p.m. today. Family and friends will assemble at 2808 Kimball Terrace at 11:30 a.m. Saturday. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
