Patricia Veronica Burkhead, 56, of Virginia Beach, died Thursday in a Virginia Beach nursing home.
Ms. Burkhead was born in Baltimore and was the daughter of the late Helen and Russell J. Guy. She was a secretary with Eurpac Warehouse Sales for six years. She was Catholic.
Survivors include three sons, Staff Sergeant Robert O. Burkhead Jr., USAF, stationed in Iceland, John M. Burkhead of Suffolk and Kevin R. Burkhead of Massachusetts.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in Oman Funeral Home. Burial will be in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
