S.W. Rawls Inc., a gasoline, diesel fuel and heating oil distributor based in Franklin, has contracted with Mobil Corp. to be Rawls' major supplier of petroleum products.
The new contract covers the company's six retail locations and its three bulk plants, from which heating oil is distributed. The previous supplier had been Chevron.
The Rawls company owns service stations and convenience stores in Franklin and Suffolk and the counties of Southampton and Isle of Wight. Conversion of the locations to the Mobil brand is expected to be completed by the end of October. by CNB
