2200 block of King St. - 17-year-old said dragged alongside her boyfriend's vehicle when she tried to get out about about 12:30 p.m. Sept. 19. Victim treated for back and neck injuries at Maryview Medical Center.
900 block of South St. - 34-year-old man severely beaten about 2 a.m. Sept. 28. Victim admitted to hospital for lacerations to ribs and internal bleeding.
Elm Avenue - 38-year-old man said hit on head with brick after argument about 1 p.m. Sept. 28. Victim admitted to Maryview Medical Center.

1100 block of County St. - 30-year-old woman said slashed on back with knife after man told her ``If I can't have you, nobody else can'' about 7:30 p.m. Sept. 30. Suspect also had handgun. Victim treated at Portsmouth General Hospital emergency room and released.
