Florence Bloom Garfin, 85, of the Lafayette Towers, expired Wednesday, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mrs. Garfin was a native of Mason City, Iowa. She was the widow of Sam Garfin. She was a member of Congregation Beth El in Norfolk.
Survivors include a son, Stan Garfin of Virginia Beach, Va., 1 granddaughter, Elaine Garfin Salsbury and her husband Marshall Salsbury of Baltimore, Md., and 2 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, October 10, 1994, at Elmwood Cemetery in Mason City, Iowa.
Memorial donations may be made to Congregation Beth El, 422 Shirley Ave., Norfolk 23517. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, in charge of arrangements.
