Michael Wayne Belton, 45, of the 200 block of Marion Drive, a tugboat captain, died Oct. 6, 1994, in a Chesapeake hospital.
Mr. Belton was born in Norfolk. He was a member of South Norfolk Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Anne M. Belton; two stepdaughters, Vickie L. Sullivan of Chesapeake and Debra P. Swan of Portsmouth; two stepsons, Robert A. Estes of St. Peters, Mo., and Glen R. Perkinson of Keysville, Va.; his mother, Elizabeth F. Belton of Chesapeake; a sister, Lena B. Caron of Bel Air, Md.; a brother, B. Edward Belton of Berlin, Md.; and 13 grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. Roger Mardis and the Rev. Frank Hughes, Jr. Burial will be in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 to 6 p.m. today and at 216 Marion Drive, Great Bridge, all other times.
