Nels A. Mowen, 35, of the 5400 block of Keystone Place, died Oct. 10, 1994, in a local hospital.
Mr. Mowen, a native of Norfolk, was the son of Walter Anderson and the late Gladys Miles Mowen.
Survivors include a sister, Rebecca Lynne Anderson of Virginia Beach; a brother, Richard W. Brewer of Norfolk; and an aunt, Virginia M. Zoby of Norfolk.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Rosewood Memorial Park Cemetery by Dr. Paul B. Watlington Jr. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today in the Norfolk Chapel of H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
