WVEC-TV claims to have standards that reflect family values. I believed this. I now find that these standards are to be suspended for one hour on Tuesday nights for the showing of ``NYPD Blue.'' What will be the next lapse in WVEC's ``standards''?

Congratulations to WVEC-13 for deciding to air ``NYPD Blue.'' I think we, as adults, are capable of deciding for ourselves what programs we choose to watch.
For those who choose not to watch ``NYPD Blue'' - you are missing out on excellent story lines and don't appreciate the talent of the writers and the actors.
``NYPD Blue'' is not as bad as people think. If it were, it would not have won six Emmys.
Those who think ``NYPD Blue'' is too risque shouldn't watch!
