Mrs. Peters was born in Monongahela, Pa. She was the widow of Raymond C. Peters.
Survivors include a daughter, Stella Fronzaglio of Virginia Beach; four grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and a niece, Dorothy Columbus.
Burial will be in Monongahela Cemetery, Monongahela, Pa. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, is handling arrangements.
