Pharbia Byrd celebrated her 110th birthday with relatives and
friends on Tuesday at the home of her daughter, Maxine Bingham,
left. Mrs. Byrd, born Oct. 11, 1884 in Tennessee, was the youngest
of 16 children. She had six children of her own, including two still
living, Maxine Bingham of Oceana Gardens in Virginia Beach and
Gladys Rehnback of London Bridge, Va.
