George W. Branson, 54, formerly of Virginia Beach, died Oct. 13, 1994.
He was retired from the Aviation branch of the U.S. Navy after 20 years.
Survivors include a son, David, of Harrisonburg, Va.; a daughter, Cheryl Short of Virginia Beach; and two grandchildren.
Services will be held in Fairmont, W.Va. No services will be held in Virginia Beach. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Carpenter & Ford Funeral Home, Fairmont, is handling arrangements.
